Facebook wont let me log in? neither will email?

i logged into my facebook & it said my password was wrong. i check my fb all the time so i know for a fact that i didnt forget it, & no it wasnt on caps lock. when i wanted to change my password, my yahoo email for my fb didnt let me log in to that either! so idk what to do. i tried everything and whenever i try to sending a confirmation code to my other email, and i copy & paste the confirmation code & press enter, it says "password too many attempts" or something like that. helpP!!!!
