Feels like the flu, but no fever?

I feel like i have the flu. Horrible headache, my face & body feel like there on fire, then i'm chilly. My whole body feels weak & my throats been scratchy. Also, i just feel horrible, however every time i check i have no fever. I do doubt it's a cold because i have no cough, or runny nose or anything of that sort. This certainly feels like the flu. However since i have no fever my mom is making me go to school. I am in high school and of course it is virus season. Any suggestion of what this could be?
