Do you think my apartment application will get approved?

Me and my girlfriend have no credit so my girlfriends dad is said he was going to cosign for us. they needed his check stubs and they needed to do a credit check. he makes 94,000 a year but has bad credit. do you think they will just say no or make us pay a higher security deposit
