Sea view rooms near/at station 2 in Boracay?

We are planning to go to Boracay and check-in in a room with a veranda and sea view (the sea can be seen even inside the room and you don't have to look sideways to see the sea). Unfortunately the hotel websites doesn't mentioned much about sea view, so to those who often go there can you suggest a hotel (beachfront) with the sea view near station 2. It is for my mom so she won't have to walk far. Also bringing my wife and 2 kids with infant. I welcome suggestions as long it is near the restaurants (specially along station 1-3). Thanks
