Does he have a huge crush on me?

There's this guy who has low confidence. With guys he soo outgoing, and with girls he kinda shy, but not really. He's wicked shy around me and I heard he liked me. And he always stares and smiles. And more, but long story lol. We've talked a few times. And a few times in the hall when I'd be at my locker he would walk over to me and open his mouth, but no words would come out. At the dance he walked up behind me during the slow song, and long story. So today he was workin the cash register, since we have a school store where u buy school supplies during lunch. So I went up there with my friend aly. And then when I got up there he looked SO nervous and aly and my friend Sam agreed. Then he just said "wat would u like?" kinda quietly. And I looked for a little bit, and I asked for our schools pencil. So, he gave it to me. And then he had to figure out the change for it. And it was akward. Then he hands me the change and his hand was shaking! And then I say thank you, and walk away. My friend aly was up next to buy somethin, and he whispered "your welcome." softly, and he sounded nervous, and he just stared at me! And then went back to business. Does this mean he strongly likes me?
