Hello. i am 50 years old and have applied for a life insurance job that requires a?

securities license. when i was 20 years old, i was with a couple friends who stole $100 cash from the back of a store during business hours. because i was in the store with them i was also arrested and charged with criminal tresspass, a felony. i had to serve 6 months in the county jail, and 1 year probation. the job i'm applying for is requiring my fingerprints to send to the FBI. i've never been in trouble since. should i continue with my quest for this job or will what happened to me 30 years ago stop me in my tracks?
