How low of an offer can I suggest for this car?!!! ONE MILLION POINTS?

I am interested in this new 2011 GMC jeep. The cost of it with handling and etc is about $31,000. I am paying cash for this vehicle because I don't want to take out a loan and I am close to coming up with the whole payment. However, I have never bought a car before so if I'm paying cash. What's the lowest amount I can offer?
