If im being jealous does that mean i dont trust him?

i love my husband very much. we play and goofy around just to make each other happy. we say i love yous and the i miss your all the time. but i been noticeing that his brother sents him pictures of nude girls and he use to save them not only that but he checks out girls even when im with but i guess he doesnt notice. we talked bout tthese two things twice he didnt change the first time i told him cause found sum pictures of nude girls saved to his phone and he still check out girl when we go out but i guess he doesnt notice im looking at him. and second time i told him he promise he will change and so far i havent seen no nude pictures but i do see his eyes wanted to wondet n often he does. so am i being too jealous or does it mean i dont trust him???
