How can I file a claim against a bonded company?

I recently had carpets cleaned and my wedding ring and a watch is now missing. The employees took and PASSED a polygraph test. I still have NO doubt that I was robbed. To say the least I am dissatisfied with the service I've received.....The owner assured me that she is 100% insured and bonded. Do I have any options?
