Jake and Amir birthday shoutouts?

So I was looking through Jake and Amir videos on youtube and I stumbled upon a whole bunch of birthday shout outs they've done for people. If you don't watch Jake and Amir you might as well shoot yourself.. just kidding but seriously they're awesome. Anyways, I was wondering how I'd be able to contact them to make a shoutout to my friend whose birthday is in five days! I've checked collegehumor.com, jakeandamir.com but I don't know how to contact them besides twitter and tumblr since if I contact them through those I doubt they'll even read it! HELP HOW CAN I CONTACT THEM
