Medical problems/questions?

Hi, I am an eighteen year old female. I'll start out with what I am feeling right now: I was in bed reading and I started feeling sick so I went to the restroom. I felt very cold and my temp was 95.9, then I checked it again a few minutes later and it was increasing steadily (96.2 +) I ended up peeing a lot and had very, very light diarrhea. I feel like my heartbeat is changing rapidly from faster to slower, causing me to panic myself into breathing problems. I find myself having to pee again (really badly) and I have already been twice in the last five minutes, but I have to pee so badly my stomach hurts. This happened to me back in September of last year and I vomited and had a low temp. It stopped for a little and then one day in November or December I vomited out of nowhere again and started feeling the same symptoms..it keeps coming back but for only a short period of time. I was thinking maybe food poisoning or bacteria or something trying to leave my body since I vomit and have to pee and have diarrhea. I also had congestion (really bad congestion where it affected my breathing) for about a month or more. That is gone though. The only medication I take is birth control (pill form daily right before I go to bed) the birth control is called Tri-Previfem and I have been taking birth control for about two years or more. Please help me diagnose this or help it!
